Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Rockland County, NY in the heart of town in Congers, NY. Approximately 5 miles north of the Palisades Center Mall.

Q. What are your hours?

A. Tuesday-Friday, 7am-3pm, Saturday 8am-3pm and Sunday 8am-12pm.

Q. Are you a Nut Free Establishment?

A. Some of our swirly’s do contain nuts so they may not be suitable for nut-allergic individuals.

Q. Do you Deliver?

A. Yes, local delivery is available; there is a $10 minimum.

Q. How many Swirly buns can I get at a time?

A. How much money have you got? We have no max on how many swirly’s you can get, but we strongly suggest for large orders, calling ahead of time to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Q. What type of events do you offer catering for?

A. Swirly’s are ideal for any special event - baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, housewarming gifts, corporate events, and holidays. We offer mini swirly’s buns, which are ideal for these occasions.

Q. Are you cash only or do you accept credit cards?

A. Both are accepted. In store we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover

Q. What do you use in your products?

A. We use only the freshest highest-quality ingredients in our baked goods, including Cabot butter & Callebaut chocolate. We don’t use any preservatives in any of our products.

Q. How should I store my Swirly Buns?

A. To ensure freshness you can store your swirly buns in a freezer bag (we recommend wrapping in saran wrap first). Reheat in a microwave oven 15-30 seconds or in an oven, very low heat for about 10-12 minutes, until warm. You may freeze your swirly buns for three months.

Q. Do you have seating, sell coffee, teas & other drinks or items and do you still eat the swirly buns?

A. No, takeout only, yes, yes and we also serve baked empanadas, quiche, soups and other specialty baked goods all made from scratch and of course we still enjoy eating our swirly buns!

Q. Do you sell your Swirly Buns in other locations?

A. Yes, our Swirly Buns are currently sold at Gourmet Nuts & Sweets located in Long Branch, NY, Franklin Lakes Country Cafe, Franklin Lakes, NJ and Lenape Valley Grill in Oakland, NJ. Other locations are coming soon!

Q. Can I order a Swirly Bun platter or gift basket?

A. Of course... we can customize to your request. We can make a lovely assortment of buns along side packaged coffee, hot chocolate and/or tea. Makes a wonderful gift!
